President

Brian came to work as a Property Manager for Hunsaker Management, Inc. in 1985 and was promoted to President in 1993. He oversees and manages the operations of the company. As co-owner of Hunsaker Development Company, LLC, he is also responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, and all phases of the speculative and build-to-suit development for the company. Brian is a licensed Real Estate Broker and member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, NAIOP.

RJ Hunsaker

Property Manager

RJ began working for Hunsaker Management, Inc. as a Property Manager in 2021. He currently manages over 500,000 square feet of properties that include industrial, commercial and office. RJ is a graduate of University of Redlands and a licensed Real Estate Agent.
Grant R. Edgcomb

Property Manager

Grant began working for Hunsaker Management, Inc. as a Property Manager in 2009. He currently manages over 700,000 sq. ft. of industrial, commercial and retail properties. Grant also helps with the leasing of our Orange County and Riverside properties, and represents Lessee's and Buyer's in the Lease and Purchase of non Hunsaker Management properties. Grant is a graduate of University of Southern California and a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Carolyn M. Kirkland

Property Manager

Carolyn has been working for Hunsaker Management, Inc. since 1991 and was promoted to Property Manager in 2000. She currently manages over 1,000,000 square feet of industrial, commercial, office and self storage properties. Carolyn is a licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the Self-Storage Association.
